Orangery Extensions, such as the one shown here with a roof lantern, generally require both Planning and Building Bye-Law approval as this would be classed as an extension and considered part of the house so does not require a physical barrier (doors) separating the new room and the house). Initially, you will need to approach an Architect initially to produce the design and an Engineer to produce the calculations required. Millennium is then contracted to supply and install the windows, doors and roof lantern.
